Geoffrey Jackson, Director for Policy and Program of USTDA, attended ACP meeting and commented on the status of ACP proposals on September 24, 2009.  ACP will turn in three proposals for 2010 grants: Beijing 2nd airport (runway layout and capacity analysis), EMDT V (Executive Management Development Training) and ATMET (Air Traffic Management Executive Training) II.  TDA has received Beijing 2nd airport proposal, which is now under the review of desk study.  TDA aims to have Beijing 2nd airport proposal approved in October during Commerce Secretary Locke’s visit to China for JCCT.
